Varex Bio's freedom-to-operate position derives exclusively from published patent documents and public prosecution history. No confidential or proprietary information of any former employer has been used, and none is required.
Development is planned across the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States.

Varex Bio makes no claim about the safety or the efficacy of its candidate. Those are the questions the research programme exists to answer, and any answers will be reported through regulatory submission and peer-reviewed publication rather than through this website.
